   When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the  customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

  We will not Warranty and/or Cover Negligence, Mis-Use, Abuse, or Careless damage done to the Remote and Applicable Connectors. Instructions are included in each kit to outline the Do's and Dont's and how to properly care for your kit.
