1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Express (2-3 Business Days): $26(Covered by us)
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed/ built within 7-30 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to the custom nature of the product, parts availability, or necessary updates build times may vary. Once the order is built/complete, a tracking number will be provided.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If you have made an order by accident, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for a refund.
4. RETURNS
Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of the build to each customer. If you would like to change your order, simply email us @BlackWidowRemotes and we will be happy to make any changes necessary before the order ships out.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Black Widow Welding Remotes LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you would like to apply shipping insurance to your shipment, please reach out to us before it leaves our possession. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
There are no shipping restrictions.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
