DC CONTROL/ DIODE INSTRUCTIONS

When using either the DC Welder Control or the ALL-IN-ONE Remote...the Suppression Diode MUST be installed on the machine you are using BEFORE connecting the remote or damage to the receiver may occur which voids the warranty!! See wiring instructions below paying close attention to detail of the wire colors.

If your wire colors do not match or you need help, please email us for help at BlackWidowRemotes@Gmail.com.

                                  SA200/ SA250

                          Machine BLACK to diode RED

                          Machine BLUE to diode BLUE

Most SA200/SA250 machines have upgraded electric idle solenoids, in the upgrade, the Black and Brown wire are connected together. The BLACK and BLUE wire coming OUT of the main generator housing are the wires we will need. If your wire colors are painted or different, email us for further help.

For these machines, you will cut them one at a time roughly 6" from the generator and crimp them IN LINE with the color of the diode wire. BLUE coming out of the generator will be cut, stripped, put in one end of the diode wire and crimp, strip and crimp the other side and that wire is complete. The BLACK wire goes to the RED wire of the diode.  DO NOT GET THE WIRES CROSSED!!!

                         CLASSIC/ 200D/ 300D

                     Machine BROWN to diode BROWN

                      Machine BLUE to diode BLUE

Classic's/ 200D/ 300D machines normally come stock with a diode installed, however over time, the diode may degrade and lose its safety functionality to protect from reverse polarity spikes. This will not harm the machine, however it WILL harm the remote components.

The colors for these machines are usually BROWN and BLUE and these wires usually have quick connectors installed. For these machines..simply disconnect one wire at a time and install the diode IN LINE matching the wire colors.

If you have multiple machines and you will be using the remote on both....diodes MUST be on the machine you are using at the time BEFORE using the remote. It is best to install the diodes and leave them in place. If you need more diodes, contact us for more free of charge.
